We ship across the United States. Orders leave the studio within [DISPATCH], and delivery usually takes [TRANSIT] after that.
- Free shipping on orders over $55.
- Under $55, shipping is a flat [RATE].
- You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your set ships.
We don't ship outside the US yet. It's on the list.
Returns and exchanges
If your set doesn't fit, we'll swap it — free, within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fee, and we cover return shipping.
What we can take back
- Unopened sets, within 14 days.
- Opened sets where the size was wrong. This is an exchange, and it's the entire reason we built the size guide.
What we can't
- Sets that have been worn, filed, painted or trimmed.
- Glue, tabs and prep tools once opened — hygiene, sorry.
How to start one
Email [EMAIL] with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We'll send a prepaid label and get the right size out to you.
Refunds return to your original payment method within [REFUND] of the set reaching us.
Something arrived damaged?
Send a photo to [EMAIL] within 48 hours and we'll replace it. No need to send anything back.
